Hi, I’m Rachel ann naylor.
At the core of the k’nnekted™ Method is a simple principle: connection underpins wellbeing, behaviour, and learning. My work supports leaders, educators, parents, and practitioners to move from overwhelm to a greater sense of calm and clarity by strengthening relationships, restoring a sense of safety, and creating environments where people feel seen, heard, and valued.
Bridging Science and Practice
The k’nnekted™ Method draws on neuroscience-informed practice, child development, and relational approaches, translating these into practical tools for use in schools, homes, and professional settings.
With over 20 years’ experience as a primary school teacher, alongside professional qualifications in holistic therapies, my work bridges education and wellbeing. It is further informed by postgraduate leadership training (NPQLTD) and is currently being peer reviewed in consultation with an educational psychologist.
Alongside my professional background, my approach is shaped by lived experience; both as a parent of sensitive children and through my own experience of adversity and recovery. This brings depth, empathy, and realism to the work.
The method focuses on what works in real environments: supporting adults to regulate themselves, build strong relationships, and respond to children with confidence and consistency. Its core aim is to help individuals and organisations reduce stress and prevent burnout, creating the conditions for both adults and children to not only cope, but to thrive.
How the k’nnekted™ Method Works (3 Steps)
1.K’nnekt to self
This step focuses on developing self-awareness and emotional regulation. It supports individuals to reconnect with their internal experience, build a sense of safety, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
2. K’nnekt to others
This step focuses on building strong, healthy relationships. It supports individuals to communicate their needs clearly, establish appropriate boundaries, and develop empathy strengthening connection across families, teams, and communities.
3.k’nnekt to environment
This step focuses on creating environments where people feel safe, valued, and able to thrive. It supports individuals and organisations to shape spaces, systems, and cultures that enable everyone to feel supported and engaged.
The mission is simple: To provide simple, practical tools and guidance that create foundations where every person can feel safe, valued, and empowered to thrive.
