The K’nnekted® method
What does it look like?
The K'nnekted Method is three-step model for feeling safe enough to learn, think and work well, and for building that into the places we spend our time.
Each step is a simple visual. You can use them on your own, with a team, in a classroom or at home.
Step 1: K'nnekt to Self (Regulate)
A pyramid of five layers
Like Maslow's hierarchy turned inside out, it maps what we need in order to reach our full potential, beginning with a settled nervous system.
The question: what do I need to feel and function at my best?
Step 2: K'nnekt to Others (Relate)
A circle of five layers
A communication circle with what we value at its centre. It helps people agree what's needed, what's expected, what's rewarded, where the boundaries are and what happens when they're crossed. Use it in a team, a classroom or a family, or to re-parent yourself.
The question: how do we work and live well together?
Step 3: K'nnekt to Environment (Thrive)
A house built on five Cs
Looks at the space we share and what it needs to give us: calm, communication, celebration, curating the space together and connecting regularly.
The question: what does our environment need to do for us?
The full model is taught through the workshop, the programme and Blueprint sessions.
what does K’NNEKTED® change?
Imagine a team where people can say their capacity is stretched instead of pushing on silently until they burn out.
Imagine a classroom where children become empowered to understand and express their own needs, freeing you to teach.
Imagine a parent who notices their own overwhelm before responding to their child.
Imagine an organisation that looks at the conditions it creates, not only at the individuals inside it.
Tried in real settings
The Method has been trialled and tested in classrooms, with a builders' team, a corporate leadership team and in families.
